Chewy.com is an online pet pet supply store. The goal of this ad campaign is to increase customer interaction and create a social element for other users to interact with.
Each month, a loyal furry customer would be chosen to be features as Mr or Ms Chewy. This would include a MiniZine about the chosen representative that would be included in every order, an email campaign of their favorite products, as well as various social media posts about their favorite activities. Users can submit their pets to be chosen through social media and their website. The campaign also includes social media posts advertising the search for a new Mr or Ms Chewy.
